FLORHAM PARK PRACTICES

For the L4 & L5's that attend the 6AM practices, practices are supposed to begin at 6AM. That means you need to get your drivers to drop you off by 5:45AM, so you can help set up the pool. Lane lines, backstroke flags and pace clocks need to be set up before we get in the water. All swimmers need to help!

Level 3 and optional time for L4 & L5 practices are changed to begin at 7:15AM on Tue & Thu's.

MBS Distance Invite

The MBS Distance invitational on Sunday July 5 warm up is at 8AM. The meet will conclude by noon. The entry has been posted. Adjustments will be made through Wednesday.

Drivers for swimmers attending CCM practices need to obtain a parking pass for Lot 7. See Coach Krystal for registration forms.
