Location: |
The pool is located at Saint Peter’s College, Victor Yanitelli Recreational Center, Jersey
City, NJ: (see directions). The pool is an eight-lane 25 yard pool
with non-turbulent lane lines, pedestal-style starting blocks and Colorado
Timing System. Bleacher seating is
available, however, all swimmer bags & equipment
are not permitted in the pool area and must be stored in the
designated marshalling/waiting area. |
MEET
INFORMATION: The meet will have two
sessions: 11-12 Boys and Girls in the morning and 13 & Over Boys and Girls
in the afternoon. Exact information on
starting times will be e-mailed to the clubs after
entry registration is completed.
This information will include 500 yd. Freestyle psyche
sheet, meet time line, timing assignments, warm-up procedures, relays, and the
appropriate starting and warm-up times. (Hopefully
this way of letting clubs know about the correct meet information will
eliminate the problem of having conflicting
information in existence if any changes are made)!
SCHEDULE: There will be multiple
sessions each day. Expected start times
are indicated below; exact sessions times will be determined base on the meet
entries and will be posted to www.besmarttinc.com.

From NJ Turnpike Exit 14C/Grand Street: Continue off exit ramp to
Montgomery Street. Make a left onto Montgomery Street. Travel approximately
two miles through Kennedy Boulevard. Once over Kennedy Boulevard, travel down
the hill and make a right into the Parking Deck. From Jersey Shore/South Jersey: Garden State Parkway
North to NJ Turnpike North to Exit 14C/Grand Street. See from NJ Turnpike
Exit 14C/Grand Street above. From George Washington Bridge: Follow Route 95 South to NJ Turnpike South

from NJ Turnpike Exit 14C/Grand St. above. From Route 1-9 South: Take 1-9 South approximately two miles to Tonnele
Avenue Circle. Continue halfway around and make right on to Tonnele Avenue.
Continue to Kennedy Boulevard and turn right. Continue to Montgomery Street
and make right. Travel down the hill and make a right to Parking Deck From Lincoln Tunnel: Exit tunnel & follow Route 495 to Route 1-9
South/Jersey City. See From 1-9 South above. From North Jersey/Route 3: Route 3 East to 1-9 South/Jersey City. See
From 1-9 South above. From Central New Jersey: GS Parkway North to Exit 142/Route 78 East. Take
78 East to Exit 58B/Route 1-9 North. Continue approximately 5 miles to
Broadway (left hand exit ramp). Proceed down ramp to light. Make right on to
1-9 Truck Route. Make first left onto Sip Avenue. At second light, make right
on West Side Avenue. Continue to first light and make left onto Montgomery
Street. Make left into Parking Deck. From Holland Tunnel: Exit tunnel and stay right following signs for
Kennedy Boulevard/Jersey City. Turn left onto Kennedy Boulevard and continue
to Journal Square. Bear right at the traffic light at Journal Square,
remaining on Kennedy Boulevard. Proceed to Montgomery Street, make a right.
Travel down the hill, make right into parking. From Upstate New York: Take the Palisades Interstate Parkway South to
Palisade Avenue (Exit 1). Take Palisade Avenue (left turn) to Hudson Terrace.
Turn right onto Hudson Terrace and continue to the first left turn onto the
campus |
