Individual Meet Entries Report MCSC Sprint Meet 1  09-Nov-08 SC Meters 

MBS 8:00AM warm up, 9AM start. Be sure swimmers know their events and event numbers before arriving at the meet. Heat and Lane assignments will be available for swimmers at the meet. Swimmers will not be marshaled like at the 10/18 meet. Swimmers will need to line up behind the blocks 4-5 heats before their heat, much like a regular invitational meet.

Parents should send an email to timer@mcscnj.com that includes their name and note any preference they have for their timing assignment (eg First, Last of the session, anywhere but first or last, etc). As we get closer to the meet date, any unfilled timer slots will be assigned. If your swimmer is taking part in the meet, it is expected that a parent will help with the meet. We need marshals & officials. Click on the parents worksheet for more information. Computer, clerks and scorer’s table volunteers meet at the scorer’s table at 8:10. Officials and apprentices meet in the hallway near the pool office at 8:20.  Marshals and runners meet at the scorer’s table at 8:30. Timers meet in the hallway near the pool office at 8:40.
