This
gives you an opportunity to get an early start to the season. There
will be one day of concentration for each stroke, Freestyle,
Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly beginning Tuesday September 2
through Friday September 5. Each stroke will be broken down and built
back up using specific drills to aid in your swimmers development.
The Fee is $15 per clinic day, pay
as you go, up to a maximum of $40 for all 4 days!
Levels
2 and 3 clinic time is 4:30 to 5:35 and Levels 4 & 5 go from 5:40
to 6:45. You can register in advance with an email to
coachal@mcscnj.com stating
the swimmer name, level and planned days to attend. You can also just
show up, but any advance notice will help the coaches to prepare.
Swimmers need to arrive early and be ready to begin promptly at their
start time to maximize the learning experience.
