Program Sponsorship

Contact Terri Barrow at: tbarrow@optonline.net

Parents: As part of our fundraising efforts, we will print up programs for the Dual Meet we are having on December 9th. Like all meets, we will put together a program flyer, which will include the swimmers names, times, events, and more. We would like to also include as many business ads and parent messages as we can, in an effort to raise some money for the club.

Businesses: If you have a business that you’d like to advertise, or know of a business that would like to support our swim club, this is a great and inexpensive way to do so. Morris County Swim Club has 140+ members from all around Morris County and we are expecting to have at least 100 of them and their families at the meet!

If you want to design a message of support to your swimmer(s), you can include a message and/or a picture! The following options are available:

 Size

Donation

¼ Page*

$5

½ Page*

$10

Full Page*

$20

Please email me your print ad at tbarrow@optonline.net or hand me the print ad, business card, etc, (along with cash or check for the appropriate amount) that you would like to appear in the program. I am looking into being able to have these programs printed free of cost to the club, so the deadline for the ads would have to be Dec. 3rd. If you have any questions, you are always free to see me at practice or call me at 973-895-3780.

I look forward to getting all those creative and encouraging ads!
