With permission of NJSwimming, we have slightly changed warm up times and start times because of the large number of entries we have had, especially in the older age groups.

In addition, it may be necessary to move some heats of the final distance events each session from one pool to the other.  That decision will be made as the meet progresses and time lines can be more accurately assessed.  We will both announce and post any changes made.  We will post changes with the heat sheets and on the control room door.

Warmups will be conducted as specified in the meet information.

On Friday and Sunday, Teams whose names begin with A-L will warm up for the first half hour and teams whose names begin with M-Z will warm up for the second half hour.

On Saturday, M-Z will warm up for the first half hour and A-L will warm up for the second half hour.
