Swimmers
The swimmers are our children. Our goal is to provide a safe, positive and supportive environment, where success becomes inevitable. Our 300+ athletes, come from over 20 municipalities throughout Morris County and beyond. In addition to producing more accomplished swimmers, we also strive to instill the importance of our members functioning as good citizens among their peers. We value those who become peer instructors and ultimately 'give back' to the team by becoming coaches. We support our swimmers participation on summer only teams, in addition to their simultaneous continued training with the MCSC.
Parents
We encourage all of our parents to be supportive and positive in their dealings with their athletes and one another. They are expected to volunteer at swim meets when attending. The MCSC sponsors social events, including holiday parties and an Annual Swim A Thon. Parent involvement is crucial to the success of these events.
